Noboru Tahara is a Japanese professional mixed martial artist. He has fought his entire career in the Shooto organizations Flyweight division. Tahara was formerly ranked thecontender for Shoots Flyweight title and is consistently ranked as one of the top Strawweight fighters in the world. Tahara was defeated by Rambaa Somdet in a bout for the vacant Shooto Flyweight Champion on November 23, 2009 at Shooto Revolutionary Exchanges 3.
